This paper icon depicts the Annunciation, the scene in which the Angel Gabriel announces to Mary that she will bear the Child of God. Inspired by a 12th-century work from the Novgorod School, it shows Mary blessed, with Jesus already visible in her heart. The paper is mounted on a wooden support, combining simplicity and spiritual depth. A sacred and inspiring object, perfect for prayer or meditation. Produced by the Monastery of Saint-Jean in Quévy-le-Grand.
