Bright orange and an evolving fragrance

Sacral chakra and traditional associations

In chakra beliefs, the sacral chakra is associated with libido, creation and pleasure. This incense is believed to energise it, encourage centring and help people recognise what they enjoy or dislike. It is also credited with supporting creativity, imagination and emotional bonds with those around us. In yogic traditions concerning smell and breathing, it is associated with symbolic purification of the air and its energy. These are spiritual associations, without demonstrated air-cleaning or therapeutic effects.

Why choose it and how to use it?

Choose it for its citrus fragrance and a personal meditation or creative ritual. Place a small quantity on glowing incense charcoal in a heat-resistant burner. Ventilate the room and supervise burning.
