Mon colis est arrivé endommagé ! Que dois-je faire ? Si vous êtes en présence du livreur, prenez une photo du carton. Sachez que vous pouvez tout à fait refuser un colis si celui-ci arrive abîmé. Si vous n'avez pas pu le refuser en présence du livreur, prenez une photo du carton fermé et non déballé et une photo du carton ouvert avec les articles dedans sans y toucher. Une fois les photos faites, retirez les articles du carton. S'il y avait des articles abîmés, faites une photo nette des articles à côté du carton ouvert. Envoyez-les nous ensuite avec votre nom et votre référence de commande (série de 8 lettres) dans les 5 jours ouvrables à l'adresse email contact@religieux-saintchristophe.com. Vous avez déjà ouvert votre colis ? Vérifiez bien si vos articles sont en bon état. Si vous avez un doute, qu'un article semble manquer, jetez un œil sur votre compte client. Il est possible que vous ayez reçu un remboursement. Sinon, regardez bien l'image de l'article commandé sur notre site web. Ensuite, envoyez-nous un mail avec votre référence de commande, votre nom et les photos des articles abîmés. Notre service clientèle s'occupera de vous et fera le lien avec les transporteurs pour régler cela. Vous avez 5 jours ouvrables pour nous faire parvenir les photos car nous avons exactement 7 jours pour faire la réclamation au transporteur. Le transporteur est responsable de votre marchandise pendant l'expédition du colis. Attention, si vous acceptez la commande, il est de votre responsabilité d'effectuer la réclamation dans ce délai de 5 jours.
