A Marian image against an evening sky

At the centre, crowned Mary, in pale clothing and a blue mantle, holds the Infant Jesus. Two female figures stand at her feet, one close to flames. A printed ornamental border surrounds the scene against a purple, blue and pink sky. Above it, an inscription invites prayer for the souls in Purgatory; the name Montligeon appears below. The image shows the French version; choose your language from the variants.

An invitation to Christian hope

The image connects Our Lady of Montligeon with prayer for the souls in Purgatory. In Catholic tradition, prayer for the departed expresses communion with them and hope in eternal life. This card can accompany a personal intention, meditation or moment of remembrance entrusted to Mary's intercession.
