This wooden rosary is dedicated to Our Lady of the Poor of Banneux Notre-Dame in Belgium. Entirely handmade, it includes 10 beads on a white cord, a green wooden cross, and two illustrated medallions, one heart-shaped. Compact and lightweight, it's perfect for daily prayer, as a keepsake, or as a portable symbol of faith. A simple and touching sign of devotion, inspired by the site of the Marian apparition.
Our Lady of the Poor appeared in 1933 in Banneux, Belgium, to a young girl named Mariette Beco. She introduced herself as "the Virgin of the Poor," coming to relieve suffering and bring peace. The sanctuary of Banneux became a significant Marian pilgrimage site. This rosary, with its images, honors these apparitions and invites prayer and trust in Mary's mercy.
