  Unlike industrial production, our mead is crafted exclusively from our annual honey harvest. This guarantees exceptional quality while respecting the bees and the natural rhythm of the seasons.

  Production is limited each year. Once all bottles have been sold, no further production takes place until the next honey harvest, making each vintage naturally exclusive.
