This rosary necklace combines the warmth of wood with the luminous reflections of rhinestone beads. The silver-plated cross adds an elegant touch. The cabochon represents the Virgin of the Poor, as she appeared in Banneux Notre-Dame (Belgium). This spiritual jewel can be worn daily or used as a rosary. The Virgin of the Poor appeared to Mariette Beco in Banneux, Belgium, in 1933. She presented herself as the “Virgin of the Poor”, who had come “to relieve suffering”. This message of compassion, simplicity and hope has left its mark on many of the faithful. Today, the Banneux Notre-Dame shrine is a recognized place of pilgrimage, dedicated to prayer for the sick, the suffering and the destitute.
