Homenatge al Misteri d'Elx : la Vespra - CD

This musical version of the Mysteries of Elx, which was performed for the first time on October 22, 2003 in the Church of Santa Maria in Elche, is based on the Consuetas of 1625 and 1639 (text), 1709 (music) and on the musicological studies of Felip Pedrell, Javier Fuentes and José Pomares on the oral tradition of the Mysteries of Elx. Our edition is a tribute to this wonderful work of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity and is published with the kind permission of the Patronato Nacional del Misteri d'Elx.
